Hallowine Half Marathon, 10K
Produced by A Good Run
The Hallowine Run originated as the Healdsburg Wine Country Half Marathon in October of 2008 after Destination Races founder Matt Dockstader attended the world-renowned Marathon du Medoc in France. His vision was to create a wine harvest and Halloween themed race in one of America's most iconic wine regions – with the flair and flavor he witnessed at the Medoc event. Held annually on the last Saturday in October, the event has become a favorite on the national and local running scenes. Runners are treated to a beautiful course that runs past 25 wineries nestled within the autumn-colored vineyards of the Alexander and Dry Creek Valleys. Your reward is a post-race Hallowine Festival featuring wine tasting, local food offering, beer garden, live music, exhibits and product sampling, and the highly entertaining costume contest!
