Hallowine Half MARATHON COURSE
3K Course
The 3k is a 1.8 mile loop course following the first mile of the 10K route then turning right behind Analy High School onto the W. County Trail. The trail is partially paved. Once off the trail you will return to Morris St. and finish in the heart of The Barlow. Slower walkers need to stay right to make room for fast half marathon and 10K runners. Dogs and strollers are allowed on this course. Dogs must be registered in the Wagging Tail division.
The half marathon course takes runners further north of Sebastopol on picturesque country roads before entering the south side of the Santa Rosa Creek Trail on Willowside Rd. near mile five for two miles. Runners turn left at Fulton Rd then quickly re-enter the trail on the north side of the creek for another two miles. This scenic trail is flat and mostly paved and leads back to Willowside Rd. and eventually back to The Barlow, using the same roads.
NOTE: This year the race start is located at Analy High School parking lot. If running the half we suggest you park at Analy High School. The race finishes at The Barlow which is only 2/3 of a mile from the start at Analy.
Beer Mile Course
The Bellemore Beer Mile Invitational attracts the World's Best Beer Milers who must guzzle a 12 ounce beer in the chug zone without spilling, then run a 1/4 mile lap around the Barlow as fast as possible, then repeat the process three more times until completing the Beer Mile.
The 2-Person Beer Mile team competition is open to all individuals who want to test their beer chug and run skills in 2 beer, 2 lap format (Solo entry accepted too - 4 laps, 4 beers).
The Brewery Challenge is a 4-person relay whereby each team member drinks one beer at the start of their one lap and then must drink another at the completion of the lap before the next member can begin their lap. Prize is the perpetual Growler Trophy and “Fastest Brewery” bragging rights.
